Healthy, bright, and refreshing yogurt-based drink to bring the taste of India to your home.
Ingredients
- Fresh Mango1 large
- Plain Yogurt1 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar (optional)1 tablespoon
- Ice cubes3 medium
- Pistachio Nuts (optional)10-12 small
Directions
- Step 1Peel the mango, discard the skin and seed, and put all of the pulp into a blender.
- Step 2Add yogurt, milk, ice cubes, cardamom powder, and sugar to the blender.
- Step 3Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Step 4To server: pour into a glass and optionally garnish with pistachio nuts.

- Feel free to adjust the amount of ice cubes or milk to achieve the desired consistency.
