Ingredients
  • Fresh Mango
    1 large
  • Plain Yogurt
    1 cup
  • Milk
    1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Sugar (optional)
    1 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes
    3 medium
  • Pistachio Nuts (optional)
    10-12 small
Directions
  • Step 1
    Peel the mango, discard the skin and seed, and put all of the pulp into a blender.
  • Step 2
    Add yogurt, milk, ice cubes, cardamom powder, and sugar to the blender.
  • Step 3
    Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Step 4
    To server: pour into a glass and optionally garnish with pistachio nuts.

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of ice cubes or milk to achieve the desired consistency.
