  • Step 1
    Heat ghee in a pot over medium heat.
  • Step 2
    Add onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add ginger and garlic paste and cook them until they start to change color, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add masala paste and mix well, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add pureed spinach and water, simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Add paneer and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Add heavy cream, kasuri methi, garam masala, salt, and hing.

  • Use a food processor to quickly make a paste from the ginger and garlic
  • If available to you, buy all the spices from an Indian supermarket to find them in bulk, fresh, and CHEAP!
